John Graham Housing & Services' mission: to provide food, shelter, housing services, and support in times of crisis to those most in need in Vermont.

Through VCRHYP's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, John Graham provides Landlord Liaison services.

Other services provided by John Graham include emergency shelter and rapid rehousing.
