Homeless Prevention Center's mission: working with families and individuals in crisis to secure and retain housing Rutland County. Our vision is to eliminate hopelessness and homelessness in our community.

Through VCRHYP's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, HPC provides Housing Navigation for Youth. This program offers case management services to youth, ages 18-24, designed to help them navigate the homeless response system and find housing.

Other services and programs provided by HPC include Coordinated Entry & Assessment, outreach, Rapid Rehousing, Homelessness Prevention, Transitional Housing, Family Supportive Housing, and Landlord Liaison.
