Through VCRHYP's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, Springfield Supported Housing Program offers Rapid Rehousing, Housing Navigation, and Diversion services.

Other services and programs provided by SSHP include Coordinated Entry & Assessment, outreach, Rapid Rehousing, Homelessness Prevention, Transitional Housing, and Landlord Liaison.
