Northwestern Counseling and Support Services (NCSS) is based in Franklin County, where they have various offices in St. Albans and South Burlington, Vermont. They work to provide mental health and counseling services for youth, families, and adults. NCSS’s mission is to ensure that the residents of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties have access to high-quality services that promote healthy living and emotional well-being. The NCSS welcomes all citizens to join us in cultivating a partnership with Franklin and Grand Isle Counties and with the surrounding communities.
