The Mentor Connector's mission: ensuring that every young person in Rutland County has someone they can turn to, someone who stands beside them and reminds them that they matter.
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) is designed to help young people who are homeless make a successful transition to self-sufficient living by providing short-term case management, housing, and wrap-around support to youth aged 16 to 21
Other programs provided by The Mentor Connector include One-on-One Mentoring, Group Mentoring, the Vermont Youth Project, and the Family Mentoring Program.
