Youth Services provides transformative prevention, intervention, and development programs for young people in Windham County communities. Our community-based, non-profit organization has been serving Windham County area residents since 1972.

Our Programs

Youth Development Program: Offers case management, financial support, post-secondary education and job training support, and enrichment activities for youth involved with DCF.

Transitional Living Program: Offers short-term shelters for youth 18-22 years old, along with case management, to assist with transition to safe housing options.

Basic Center Program: Helps stabilize families in crisis in order to prevent youth from running away from home.

Case Management: Works with youth, ages 16-22, to achieve their goals (employment, housing, education.)

Juvenile and Adult Diversion : Provides restorative community justice approach for certain cases
